Deep Ocean Design Series
Childhood memories of swimming, sailing, and beach combing feed my endless fascination with the sea. Recent discoveries by scientists exploring uncharted waters opened a new door in my imagination. Findings of previously unknown deep-sea creatures decked out with bizarre features including twinkling, bioluminescent organs, velvety skin, and glassy fangs, inspire me to search for bizarrely shaped/textured pearls and seaweed-colored gemstones. I love creating something mysterious, fresh, and alive - like one of these extraordinary discoveries.
